JGL+

JGL Plus aplikacija na jednom mjestu objedinjuje popuste i pogodnosti, novosti iz JGL Obitelji, informacije o JGL proizvodima i još mnogo interaktivnog sadržaja. Trenutna verzija aplikacije podržava funkciju iskorištavanja kupona za popuste na JGL proizvode - uskoro stižu ažuriranja sa brojnim novim funkcijama!

1. KAKO DODATI KUPON U JGL+ APLIKACIJU?

Postoje dva načina kako možete doći do kupona za popuste:

Neke kupone JGL će automatski omogućiti svim korisnicima aplikacije. Njih možete pronaći pod “Moji kuponi” unutar aplikacije (kuponi se mijenjaju na mjesečnoj bazi). Drugi način kako da dođete do kupona je da pronađete kupon za popust na nekom od JGL oglasa, letaka, web stranica, članaka ili bilo kojih drugih kanala i medija. Kada pronađete takav kupon, uz pomoć aplikacije ga skenirajte i kupon će biti ubačen u aplikaciju.

2. KAKO AKTIVIRATI KUPON?

Kupone možete aktivirati i iskoristiti u svim ljekarnama koje sudjeluju u programu vjernosti. Kada se nalazite ispred ili u prostoru ljekarne, pritisnite “Aktiviraj kupon”. Kupon se aktivira tako da kroz aplikaciju skenirate jedinstveni identifikator ljekarne (lijevo). Kada aktivirate kupon, aplikacija počinje odbrojavati 30 minuta koliko imate za iskoristiti ga.

3. KAKO ISKORISTITI KUPON?

Sve što je potrebno kako biste iskoristili kupon je da na blagajni pokažete ekran mobilnog uređaja na kojem je prikazan aktivirani kupon. Djelatnici će Vam izdati proizvod s popustom, a Vama ostaje samo potvrditi da ste kupon uspješno iskoristili i zatvoriti aplikaciju.

Ako je prilikom korištenja kupona došlo do nepredviđenih okolnosti koje utječu na (ne)mogućnost iskorištenja kupona, na dugmetu “Jeste li uspješno iskoristili kupon” odaberite opciju “NE”. Tada će vam se otvoriti novi prozor u koji kratko upišite zbog čega je došlo do pogreške (ljekarna trenutno nema proizvoda na stanju, postoji problem s blagajnom ili bilo koji drugi uzrok). Kupon neće biti automatski resetiran, već će JGL+ tim nakon pregleda uzroka i provjere s ljekarnom odlučiti o resetiranju kupona.

1. HOW TO ADD A COUPON TO JGL + APPLICATION?

There are two ways you can get discount coupons:

Some JGL coupons will automatically allow all users of the application. You can find them under "My Coupons" within the app (coupons change on a monthly basis). Another way to get a coupon is to find a discount coupon on one of JGL's ads, flyers, websites, articles, or any other channels and media. Once you find such a coupon, use the app to scan it and the coupon will be inserted into the app.

2. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE COUPON?

You can activate and redeem coupons at any pharmacy participating in the loyalty program. When in front or in the pharmacy area, press "Activate coupon". The coupon is activated by scanning the unique pharmacy ID (left) through the app. When you activate the coupon, the app starts counting down the 30 minutes you have to redeem it.

3. HOW TO USE A COUPON?

All you need to do to redeem the coupon is to display at the checkout the screen of your mobile device showing the activated coupon. Employees will issue you a discounted product, and you only have to confirm that you have successfully used the coupon and close the application.

If there were unforeseen circumstances in the use of the coupon that affect the (in) ability to redeem the coupon, select the option "NO" in the "Did you successfully redeem the coupon" button. Then a new window will pop up in which you briefly enter why the error occurred (pharmacy currently has no products in stock, there is a cash register problem or any other cause). The coupon will not be automatically reset, but the JGL + team will decide upon resetting the coupon after reviewing the cause and checking with the pharmacy.
